| How many guests can I accommodate? | |||
| It depends upon the size of the marquee and whether your guests will be seated around tables or standing. However, our approximate guidelines are as follows: 28ft x 38ft marquee (up to 80 seated or 100 standing) 28ft x 28ft marquee (up to 40 seated or 54 standing) 20ft x 30ft marquee (up to 48 seated or 60 standing) 20ft x 20ft marquee (up to 32 seated or 40 standing) |

What if I have more guests? | ||
| Being modular, the marquees can be joined together to make your event as big or as personal as you like! Furthermore different sized marquees can be joined to accommodate caterers, bar areas, dancing space and further seating! |

Are the marquees waterproof? | ||
| Yes. | |||

How do the side walls attach? | ||
| The side walls fit into the arches in the marquee. There is a cord that runs along the inside line of the arches and the side walls clip onto the cord. They can also be pegged to the ground if required. | |||

Do I pay extra for side walls? | ||
| No, they are included and we bring them to site as a matter of course. | |||

Can I attach them myself? | ||
| If you choose later on to attach them they should take no longer than a couple of minutes each to attach. | |||

Can they be set up on hard surfaces? | ||
| No, the marquees are anchored with large metal stakes which are driven into the ground. Therefore they can only be set up on surfaces that accommodate the stakes such as grass or soft gravel. | |||

Will I need carpeting? | ||
| It very much depends on the type of event and the condition of the grass at the time. Most Weddings require carpeting, but many of the less formal events that we cover work perfectly well without. | |||

How many guests can I seat around a table? | ||
| As a general rule: 8-10 around a 5ft table 6-8 around a 4ft table 6 on a 6ft trestle table (plus one either end) |

How much electricity do the lights use? | ||
| The amount of amps that are drawn from a set of Uplighters (6) is approximately 3 amps. We provide circuit breakers and all we require is a standard plug point. | |||

Can I decorate them myself? | ||
| You are more than welcome to decorate the marquees yourself, however we would request that you use string where possible as opposed to tape. | |||

How long is the Hire Period? | ||
| Charges relate to a 24 hour hire, additional hire time possible by prior arrangement. | ![]() |
Marquees are hired for a 24 hour period, does this mean they are erected and taken down the same day? | |
| No – We generally erect the marquees 1-2 days prior to the event and take them down the day after. | |||

For a Saturday event when typically will you set them up? | ||
| This will depend on the type of event. For most events we like to be set up and have left the site by Friday afternoon. However Saturday mornings are sometimes required. | |||

Payment | ||
| A non refundable deposit of 15% of the total hire charge is required to confirm the booking. The balance is required seven days prior to the event. | |||

Can you suggest venues/caterers? | ||
| We work closely with a selection of catering companies/venues and would be pleased to recommend them where appropriate. | |||

Do you hire toilets? | ||
| We do not hire toilets, however we can recommend some should you require. | |||
